This is our chance to drive them back up....if we were to quit telling all that the prices are to high or heck...just stop selling so low. Thats the only way to get the value back up some. It needs to be done before a 500 mile car is worth only 13 or 14k and that seems to be the way we are headed. Its not good.

It's still and 6 or 7 year old car, even if it only has 500 miles on it. The price doesn't seem out of line to me, but going any higher would begin to seem out of line. The value of these cars won't go up for for another 10 years or more. That's when they will be even more rare and become of age.............
Since I'm not thinking of selling it, the value / price doesn't matter to me. What matters is that I still love the car and enjoy driving it.

Has anyone seen a lower mileage SRT6? My concerned would be the maintenance. He has put about 350 miles on it in 4.5 yrs. I'm putting about 80 miles/month so far on my '06 SRT6. Maybe I'm driving the '06 too much.
I don't think the price is unreasonable, if I was in the market for a garage queen. But since I already have one, that won't work. Let me check my mega millions tix.

Looks like it sat for 2 or 3 years in transit storage or on a dealer's lot :

Who knows where it sat. I have dealer buddies that set on certain cars, never title them, thinking the price will go up. Sometimes, like the SRT6, it just doesn't happen. But, that car is new, 500 miles or not. This isn't the old days when seals dry up, and things fade, especially when garage kept. Cars can be stored for a long time today if done properly. He has a nice set up, so I figure he is an old car guy.
That is a great find with the right price on it. Our days of stealing low mileage SRT's is drying up. You will be buying high mileage SRT6's in the mid teens before long. But, everytime I think I have seen the last low mileage SRT6, one pops up like this one...There can't be that many left setting in garages I would think. But, I bet there is a dealer out there with one tucked away, never titled.

These threads are always amusing trying to guess if the Crossfire will pick up value. I hope at some point in time more folks will realize how much fun these cars can be, but either way I have a coupe and a vert with the go fast do-dad so we are set :-).
