That was the "PAC MAN" edition that was on EBAY, looked kinda rough in several areas if you look close....

They seller was bidding up his own auction, so it's no wonder it didn't sell. Anytime a seller hides the username of those bidding, I find it obvious something shady is going on. I checked the bidders and some had 75% bid interaction with the seller, which says "shilling" to me.
