I'm not one to judge, but anyone going by "SMOKE" and reeking of natural "herbs" is probably not the guy you want to buy a salvaged car from. Plus I believe I just saw this car for sale somewhere else just a day ago.

I do not know the car but have had dealings with the seller. They had a Jaguar S-type R which was exactly what I was after. They had just bought the car at auction for about $10K less than they were asking, as I recall. Things did not work out well. The bad taste of dealing with them just got worse when they inundated me with spam for months afterwards with various Kia updates.
