I was hit and run on 3/17 (Happy ST. Patty day) causing my car to be totaled. Geico estimated the damage at 5.4K without taking it apart. They valued the car at 7.5K so assuming there are more damages internally, bye bye crossfire.
Geico has told me that I can keep the car for 700 dollars, otherwise, the car will be taken to a scrape yard.
Would anyone be interested in this car for parts?
What I know:
Engine could start and run (though driver wheel well pushed on the tire after wreck)
Front tires are newish (half a year old) Back tires older (2+ years)
Spoiler / motor work without issue
Only Engine alarm I expereinced was secondary airpump
There will be no head unit or door speakers
All windows, locks, and handles work
Rims are scratch up from curb hits but no major damage.
I have a 500 deductible since the guy who hit me (who was caught) does not have insurance and it wasn't his car.
I have no way to store this car and part it out. So if anyone would be interested in this car feel free to send me a response. This trigger would need to be pulled quickly (planning on cashing out in a few days) as I need to cash out for a new car.

Hook up a trailer and head up '75, Steve.
Looks like a glancing blow from the side to the front.
Bumper cover, headlight, hood and fender and you'd have yourself a real nice base model, all ready for that V8 conversion ........

Unfortunately, I will be taking the settle tomorrow so it will be in the hands of Geico.
I put it up just to see if there was any interest. This website is what convinced me to buy a crossfire and I loved it.
I will be test driving over the next few weeks, part of me thinks I should find a new love but I may be back with another crossfire before you know it.

What a shame to miss this. There's about 4 k in parts just staring at you and that's if it us really totalled. It does look like a bumper, headlighit marker and a front Quarter panel, did the air bag go off?

Correct, I just signed the power of attorney 30 min ago. It will be there by end of day. I am assuming they will mark it up higher than what I was offered.

Good luck guys
Most likely it will sell cheaper than what they wanted to charge you, but it might be sting in a lot for months before it auctions.
In Louisville there is a black srt missing wing and na front bumper that will go cheap.
I bet less than 2k.
