2004 Graphite Limited Coupe. 38k miles. Manual Trans.
I have listed my Crossfire on Ebay for a starting bid of $8,499. It is low mileage and near perfect. I am located in Southern Maryland.

Didn't sell on Ebay. Had 32 people put me on their watch list, but no bids. How low must we price these to sell?
Price reduced to $8,000

You are close enough to Washington, Richmond and Baltimore to perhaps have some luck on Craigslist.

One of the pluses is also a minus. It is a stick. That featue alone narrows the potential buyers as it did for my Volvo R wagon. But when the right buyer was found he quickly flew in from across the country with cash to beat out the two back up buyers.
Price had little to do with the sale. Condition, service to buyer, documented history, transmission and miles were much more important.
Good job of presenting your car in the eBay ad by the way.
