Not sure if anyone has tried to put the rear badge on yet but mine seems to be too large to fit properly. The front was a perfect fit over the oem badge but the read overlaps the badge as well as part of "the wings."

I made a mistake on mine. I put the smaller one on the front(looked good because it fits perfectly inside the round gold ring covering the old logo). Then went to the rear and noticed they were different. So, mine are a bit different. LOL The one I put on the rear covers the whole factory applique and ends on the chrome itself now too. I did not realize the sizes were different when I started applying them. LOL I do however, like the front better this way(although this made allignment tough). Now I have a gold ring standing out behind my amg aplique, so it just looks that much deeper. I wish I had another rear to do it right, but it does not look bad at all. Not enough to order another kit. A big improvement over the ribbon IMO. My car is now a half second faster with these logos... LOL

 

You can leave them that way if you like, but you should be able to remove and switch them as well.

I am still trying to decide what I like best. The back looks just about as good that way(to me anyway), and the front really seems significantly better. It did take me some tounge chewing and concentration to get it perfectly inside that narrow gold ring, but that gold just seems to blend right in with the design, making it a bit more intricate and it now has the appearance of a VERY deep set emblem. I will get some pics and you guys be the judge. In the future, I might do the same thing again intentionally. They are good quality replacements btw, if anyone was looking to rebadge, these are awesome. My car is a full second faster in the 1/4 now... LOL

 

Mine were the same size? Is that why I see some of the old badge on the back?

Are you saying that you can see your old back badge? The front and rear replacements should be different sizes.

You shouldn't see any remnant of the old on the back. The smaller applique goes on the back. Of course, there could always be allignment issues. Are you sure they are centered?

The size is generic to any Crossfire and fits them all, however the Powered by AMG reference is specifically directed at the SRT6 which is "powered by AMG".

That said, it is your car and you can call it anything you want (maybe not Shirley! LOL)

 

and I thought I had the first set.....lol.....you are sneaky Karl.....I love my set, and I removed my "C" emblems after a year, and they could still be reused, the adhesive is that good....so, if there are any "C" emblem interest out there, that would be one of my pay it forward offers....
