There is an option on www.CBSnews.com for viewers to choose an upcoming segment (Assignment America link). There is a segment coming up that sounds like Ben's RFID at least the description sounds like the chip in his hand (ID Implant). Segment airs on Friday, votes must be cast by 2:00PM Monday) If your interested, try the link and vote for Ben's.

ste7of1; I don't know of 'cbs' picking up the my story. I imagine this is about one of the other 'implantees', there are quite a few out there, maybe 30-50 do-it-yourselfers around the globe. A guy I know that lives in Bellingham, Wa. has been in the news for almost a year now. Amal Graafstra got his implant in march of '05. the cbs story might be about him. The only thing I did differently from him was build the ignition/starter interface for the car. At this point I haven't found anybody to dispute that this is the first automotive interface that runs and drives completely off an human implanted chip. card key interfaces have been worked with for some time now - mine is just inside my body.

ps - I couldn't find the article you were talking about. What section was it in?
