Angry Take my advice ... dont take your car to ...

the dealer to get an inspection done! I took all of what I thought to be preparations (ie: covering seats, speaker grills and door sill areas) only to find grease hand prints all over the interior headliner, scratches all across the roof where something was thrown and slid around on it, and the sticker ... it looks as if it was applied than pulled off a few times as it is falling apart and not fully sticking? I did not want to take the car back to them as the damage, I'm sure, would be made a lot worse (with more added) having them try to repair! I managed to buff out most of the damage on the roof (I am a true believer in the miracles of the Porter Cable 7424 buffer / polisher) and removed the grease with a spot remover from my headliner ... my entire Friday was spent undoing the dealers lack of respect! I can only imagine if I had not taken my first interior precautions on what could of been. Is it only me or does anyone else seem to get this lack of respect on their car when they have it serviced?

Spit out the dealer's name for others to be wary!
