don't know...

remember that frapper map? maybe this guy was/is listed... the car is from indiana...

yeah that passenger looked like they got blasted... my guess is there was no seatbelt fastened there...

also... if the passenger airbag switch was not turned off... the passenger bag would deploy with a passenger or without one.
