Now that the site is running well, and I'm not getting any more server crashes or other issues, I wanted to take some feedback. Are there any features you would like that aren't here? I will do my best to implement features that you all would like. Just post them here, and I will comment and let you know if your ideas are feasible.

Yes, gallery link would be nice.
Might be a bad cookie or some setting but I can't use the quick reply feature.

You need to click on the "Quick Reply" button next to the quote button in the user's post you want to reply to. It looks like this:

Actually, (I never noticed this until tonight) there is a "Gallery" link in RED at top right of screen right below a RED link that says "Forum".

Looks like this:

The words *FORUM and *GALLERY are clickable.

Why does the "EDIT" box only appear occasionally when ever I make a post?
When it's not there, how do I correct mistakes, or add something without starting a new post?

 

You only have a few minutes to edit your post. After that you will not be able to. This is so you can fix typos or mistakes quickly if you see them, but you won't be able to change the content of your post.

 

With all of the new folks coming onboard, an "Introduction" area might just be a good idea...a designated place for them to introduce themselves and tell about their drive home in their new Crossfire. This would unclutter several forums.

 

While we're at it, we should work on a FAQ section for the newbies as well. I have only been on this forum since August of 2005 but I have already seen many repeated questions for the same material. I would be happy to head-up the development of a FAQ is anyone is interested.

How about a link for local Crossfire Clubs?

You could add a link for each state that shows interest in forming one.
