Default courtesy light covered under warranty

real quick question, my driver side courtesy light no longer works, would this be covered under warranty, or is it a small issue that is not covered?

Unless it is the wiring or socket bulbs are not covered.

kinda what i thought. how would i go about changing that bulb how do you get the cover off?
