CTD-Germany Custom Front Grill Group Buy
As I stated in my last posting I did the Photoshop, but I will not post it on the forum, we are not buying Photoshop. We should all wait until the grille is mounted on the front-end of a Crossfire... no one should do the Photoshop and no one should post a Photoshop image on the thread, the grille shown is not a finished product...
I run on sometimes about things but that is whom I am. Let me say thanks to all who have put time and effort into making this grille idea a reality, but I am still standing by for the final out come... With that said I am unsure if I have the desire to mod my Crossfire into a totally different car, this grille replacement looks to be more then just a grille replacement. I will not post on this thread again until the end results are shown... we should all do the same... hooah

Well done about 5 or 6 photoshops and I know this is going to look kick ***. Only request is move the grill a little toward the front of the openings. I won't post so that you guys can see CTDs photos with it on a car. Its only fair.

I agree that the grill should bow and form the outer dimensions of the grill we have now. Does anyone else think this thing is taking wayyyyyy too long? A member tipped me to a shop months ago and they said they'd build anything I wanted. I never got a price. I'm pretty sure they'd actually build and sell it though.

On pages 12 and 13 of this thread, people have posted pics...but all that I get are x's (except for maxxm's post on that horribly ugly benz grill)! What to do? I really want to see pics of this item on a Crossfire (of course I am patiently waiting...but excited at the same time)!
Looks good! I wonder if they will have an option for different patterns/style of mesh inserts...

Thanks Tino, will be very interested to see it fitted in a Crossfire. It's gonna be interesting to see how folks treat the grill surround, body color, flat metallic, chrome, other?
I still need see it to understand what to do.

Plus I thought this was going to look like the original photoshop that tino put out which looks like the Bentley coupe. Now the last mock-up looks like a pontiac GTO. I thought it was going to carry the center spine look in the grille as a chromed center strut. I wanted my crossfire to look different as in "rare bentley" not like another pontiac going down the street. We have one that looks like a minivan now. I don't want one that looks like a GTO.
Tino talked about moving the mesh forward, but I haven't seen any pic of that. all I have seen is the one with the grille attached to the back of the fiberglass frame. I will wait until I see the grille on a car, but given the cost and hassle of painting the frame I an not so sure now.
The grill will look different from angles. I hope we get some pics today. I wish they would have left it white on a white car, you can see so much detail. Thanks CTD.
