Default Rear panel rattle driving you nuts?

For awhile I've been experiencing this rattle coming from the back. I thought it was coming from the license plate. So, I did everything to secure that sucker down and still I got this rattle. It appears that the rattle was coming from the rear paneling around the center brake light. I pulled back the paneling and found 2 rubber adhesive pads that slid off their mounts. I put a dab of silicone glue on the back of each pad and remounted them...No more rattle! I think opening a closing the hatch each day caused the pads to slide off their mounts.

Nice sleuthing. This seems to be a new fix that no one else has found before. Thanks.

The rattle has been getting progressively worse for me and thank you for giving me my next move.
