Could it the Galpin Aston Martin dealership - Oh! forgive me - it's far more than a dealership. It has a lounge, bar, hor d' oeuvres served. You take deliver of your car in a "vault."

That's not a garage, it's a showroom. Garages usually have tools in them, but then again he probably has a secret door which opens up to show his perfect, never-to-be-used Snap-On tools.
