Best Compliment Your XFire has Received?
There is a car wash here in town where all the mercedes and bmw people go. Its $25 dollars and they hand wash and detail your car. It sees a lot of very expensive cars, after i dropped my car off and went inside to the deli i had 5-6 guys standing around me asking about it. I also had the wash attendant kid ask me about it.
Mostly i just get people that stare, or they point when they see the wing pop up on the freeway.
I'm in Oregon though, for some reason xfires are rare here.

Actually, the best compliment I ever got was last Summer when I stayed at a nice hotel in Portland, Maine. The valets parked my car right out front so they could look at it all week... They moved a few other fancier (more expensive) cars to the satellite lot and kept mine right here...

I was getting gas the guy at the next pump gets out of his car, walks around mine and says "hot car who makes it?" (no Chrysler badges rebadged with Andrews badges) he had to look under the hood inside the car and just kept saying hot car.
Another time i was sitting in front of 7-11 a young girl walks out looks at the car and says "wow sexy"
I think she was talking about the car...

would say "my best compliment resulted in me having a hot lady in the trunk." but don’t have a trunk. oh on that topic, does anyone know how to open the hatch from side the hatch? like on my other car it had a glow-in-the-dark, handle you could pull to get out if you were thrown in there my hi-jackers, guess you have to squeeze over the back wall and into the front seat.

Ah well, at least it's still a Daimler-Chrysler product in the pic.
Kind of odd for a compliment, but my favorite so far is "When did that come out?" The couple who asked had no clue that my SRT was an '05...they just assumed it was brand new '08 model out early...I am also in the Northwest where you don't see many so that adds to the shock factor. Timeless styling at its best!

8 miles southeast of Salem - I just got the car on Friday - Had to drive it across the pass from Bend - seems everywhere I go there are people asking about it - in fact the Chrysler dealer in Salem wouldn't stop talking about the miles on my car when I went in to have the history checked on it (only 1,500 mi) - as close to a brand new used car as you can get!
nice, mine had 45k on it when i got it, but everything was like it was brand new. the deal here in beaverton is pretty nice, they have a "crossfire" guy. he's the crossfire guy because he has done service on 2 of them...lol.
The morning I picked up my car there was a rather tall distinguished looking guy out in the lane looking all over my car, My son and I got in and he said that's the most beautiful car I've ever seen.
The best though was the woman walking into the store, staring at my car and she ran into the door! No words, priceless.

At my college there is 70% female out of 16,000 undergrads...the car turns too many heads to count. It only gets worse when people have a little too much to drink and they see the car. Too many compliments for me to remember, but one that sticks in my head came after a hard day of work detailing a Lotus Elise in MD. At a gas station, someone said "Nice car, how much did you pay." I said you can get one for $25,000 in my tired voice. He thought I said "$125,000." Then he said, "Wow, I wish I had your job!"
The best compliment I have had was a girl from work wanted to go for a ride in my Xfire. So I said ok.
After her ride she ask if she could drive it. So I said ok.
After she drove the Xfire she wanted to get real friendly. So I said NO. I am married and was 59 years old and the girl was 19 years old.
I thank her for the compliment, (it did make me feel good)
I have a real great wife and a good life I am not going to mess up.
