Default Autobahn Mirrors

Does anyone have these Autobahn blind spot mirrors on their crossfire? They were developed in Germany. This seems like a good solution to blind spots. I am going to purchase a set and try them out. What do you guys think?

Nah I'll pass, it's just gonna make me a lazy driver. I know where all my blind spots are and just simply turn my head to look.

I have used them for years on other cars; they work really well. The size and rake of the Crossfire windshield and the location and size of the A-pillar, however, make these mirrors much less useful for our cars, IMO. For the Crossfire, I use the little round convex mirrors on the side mirrors instead. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

I use the convex mirrors, too. They work well and it's good to have a better view. Peace of mind for a very inexpensive price make these great.

Maxxm and Golfergal: Are your little round convex mirrors stuck on the inner or outer side of the mirror?

I have the regular mirrors oriented more to the outside than usual and then put the little mirrors on the inside portion of the regular mirrors (on both sides of the car). Hope that helps.

Ditto. Golfergal inspired me to spend $2 to get a set myself. I put them in the upper outer corner of my side mirrors.

Guess how what the reduction would be if people actually turned there heads.
