Default End of lease buy out through Chrysler

Just found out some info that may be helpful to some of you. My father works for Chrysler and I have the Crossfire. We have a 1 year least that started last May. Found out today what the buy out price is with the current mileage of ~ 17,000 miles: $14,900! I'm ecstatic. I've kept the car in great condition and planned to buy it when I graduate from college in May. Just passing along the info.

Thanks,

Thumbs up Re: End of lease buy out through Chrysler

Thats good for you but not for any of us, especially myself. I'm paying to get out of my car and the buyout price after almost 2 years of $352.00 a month is $20.9K. I'm getting out of it because I need/want something I can drive year round, not because of any problems because I've had just about none of note! Good luck with your ride and if you know someone looking for the cleanest, well taken care of Crossfire have them drop me a line, I've only got the car for about another week and a half.
