Default Leak in the Rear Hatch

Has anyone experienced a leak in their rear hatch? I found some moisture in my tool storage area [under the mat] which is what made me first aware of this. We just had a shower come through today and to my dismay there was a decent amount of water sitting there for me. It looks to be coming in through the panel just underneath the wing [SRT-6] where it looks to me like a gasket is being pushed out. In to the shop...

SAME thing happening to me

I went out of town for 8 days and when I came back my car would not start. Took it to dealer and they found about a gallon of water underneath my cargo area in my trunk..it had shorted the vacuum pump for all of the electronics and the alarm. After everything being replaced I got the car back today and everything works fine..but I poured a glass of water down the drainage holes under the spoiler and the same thing happened..I opened my trunk and there was water once again below the mat in the trunk where the stirofoam is..Im taking it back tomorow

The dealer replaced a seal underneath the spoiler and it has been fine since.

Must be, it's happening to mine too...

By the time I actually take my care to the dealer for my laundry list of repairs, I probably won't see it again till 2010.

I bought my car used and there is a huge water stain in the top area of the trunk where the door opens and closes. I have no idea where the water came from but the seal in the trunk area looks fine.
