Question Hard to believe...

But there is a 2004 XFire coupe on ebay with 193,000 miles on it. Owner must have been in an earth to the moon cross space run.

I would like to ask her what problems she's experienced during those 193K.

My guess would be a (BIG) typo for 19, 300 miles. He is not going to get his price with 193,000!
He! He! I think he made a boo boo.

Looking over it, the Warranty part of it say "Existing" so it might be a typo.

I bet she had very few problems. My experience has been very good with cars that get a lot of use. I think cars are more problematic when they are not driven.

That's crazy! That means 64,333.33 miles per years over the last 3 years. Which in turn means 176.26 miles every day for 365 days per year (247.44 miles per day if only driven 5 days a week to work) . Which all translates to 2.94 hours of driving every day, with an average speed of 60 mph. This figure is bumped up to 4.12 hours per day if only driven 5 days per week to work. Now I'm sorry, but that had better be one fan-freakin-tastic job to make a 4 hour roundtrip commute.

I do about 30,000 miles per year (25,000 miles for work). 64,333.33 miles/yr are very hard to do unless you drive cross country very often.

At one time, I would put 30-40K miles per year, without much long distance travel. I just drove a lot. There is one guy that has been published that put 1,000,000 on his Volvo in less than 20 years.

even 30k miles a year is a lot for me... I drive about 6-12k Miles a year and with the crossfire even less considering I have purchased the car in August and have not even put 3k on it yet...

Please take a closer look at Q and A:

Q: how good does it run with 200,000 miles? (mechanical condition) Mar-06-07
A: Thanks for looking at the Crossfire. I'm not sure where you got all of those miles from. This car ONLY has 19,300 miles on it. And to answer your question, it runs like a dream!!
Q: Hi, I'm an owner of an '04 Crossfire myself and I'm stunned at the mileage. Since there are so many miles could you do me a favor and post over on a forum many Crossfire owners frequent and list any problems you have experienced with the car over the course of your ownership. It would be great to know since no one is even close to the amount of miles you've put on it. Here is a link: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ad.php?t=14494. If you could take the time to write something up the whole community would greatly appreciate it. Thank You Mar-06-07
A: It seems that some of you aren't reading the mileage correctly. This Crossfire ONLY has 19,300 miles on it.
Q: Is 193,000 the correct mileage? Thanks!!! Mar-06-07
A: Thanks for looking at the Crossfire. The mileage is 19,300 !!
Q: let's save some time what are you looking to get? maybe we can come to a deal ? thanks john Mar-06-07
A: Hi John. Sorry, but I can't break Ebay's rules.
Q: Are the miles correct at 193K Mar-05-07
A: Thanks for looking. Yes, the miles are correct.

The most I have seen on a crossfire is a 2005 SRT with 70k.
