Resealed headlight seams, is this possible.

Default Resealed headlight seams, is this possible.

I brought my X-fire in for moisture in the headlights and the solution according to my invoice is:
Remove headlamps and reseal seams.
Is this even possible.

Yes, however, it is a solution I would have expected from a do it your selfer at home, not a dealership. They should have replaced your head lamps.
