Default Impressions of the 2005 Xfire after 1 month

Hello,

I must have driven 10 different cars when I was actively looking to purchase a car. A red 2004 Crossfire was the first. 10 cars later I found some faster and some that handled well but none that made me grin when I drove it. Even though it is not the fastest in its class I doubt there are any that is as fun. The sound over 3k is much fun. The brakes are really good. And my main criteria was when buying a car was handling performance. The car really handles well!

Another great feature of this car is the design. For me the look is retro. But I am sure others think it would be a modern design. No mater what angle this car looks good. I wonder how many times I will be asked "what is that'???

For what I paid for my 2005 Limited this car has to be the best value by far.

Come on Spring...I have a few thousand miles of twisty roads to drive!

I felt the same way after my first month with the XF it really stuck on me after my first test drive. Damn salesman, "go ahead open her up" and I did then it was over...I knew I had to have this car! Been going on almost 2 yrs (6/13/07 official 2 yr mark) now and I have no complaints at all.

The same thing happened to me, I really" liked" the car right from the concept, but when I drove it. That was all she wrote. I knew I had to have it. Still get butterflies after 10 months, 3 of them sitting in the garage.
