Ghost Ride The Crossfire Whip!!!
To see how much your car weighs... open the driver's door (while parked) and read the label on the door latch area (door side).
Even a base coupe weighs at least 3,100 lbs.

Un-freakin'-believable! I surfed around youtube a bit and found this video:

So a curb weight for the base and limited coupe of 3,061 or 3,084 is about 3,100 pounds... my apologies for not being exact on the numbers. I'll have to go beat myself to death with a wet noodle now.
And for those interested the roadsters weigh in at 3,140 (manual trans) and 3,174 (auto trans).
I know the SRT6 is heavier as it has heavier brakes and suspension, not to mention more components in the engine bay (intercooler, super charger, etc.). From the owner's manual...
Weight
Coupe: 3,240 lbs. (1,469 kg)
Roadster: 3,328 lbs. (1,509 kg)
So was I really that far off to generalize that a Crossfire weighs 3,200 lbs?

If someone asked me I would say a little over 3,000 lbs. because I have no idea exactly how much my car weighs with a half tank of gas and aftermarket stereo equipment installed.

I am beginning to think this whole thing was thought up by a body shop and hospital that is looking for patients (or maybe a funeral home in chapter 11).

Yeah... uh... and when I say 3,200 pounds... I mean MY car not yours...
If I was talking about a limited I would have said around 3,100 pounds.
Havin fun with all these heavy weigh in numbers...
