Is $69.95 the price you had offered the forum?

FP...thanks for your open attempt and communication to keep some sanity in this forum. It seems that the members of this forum turn to bashing everyone and anyone that appear to help us enhance and maintain our babies. After all of the words already expressed in two threads on Aiden Designs I feared that we would drive a start-up company to abandon the pursuit before they'd even finished the launch.

Forum brothers...most new businesses don't make it to their 3rd anniversary. We cannot long count on Chrysler to sustain our cars into the future, and forget about any continued design and development work from them. We need companies like Aiden Designs, even if a few people have horribly flawed experiences with them at the start. If Aiden Designs survives or it doesn't, the credit or blame will fall to us. No one but a Crossfire owner will give a rip if this company continues as a going concern.

Give them a break, for all our sakes. Now...if FP's experience mirrors that of Sidez...well, there's no point in stating the obvious.

That's what I figured Mark. I'm willing to give them another chance. If they fail me ... Well, it's my fault for trusting them. I would like to see the forum members have options. We all seem to have our preference on resellers. The way I see it, the more resellers, the more the options. More competition can only help us.

i guess we just aren't clear on how its difficult to snap photos of the kit. and my direct complaint was that you guys have posted the same "help us develop parts for your car" all over the web in numerous car forums. i haven't seen one forum provided any unique, original product by your company. what i asked was for you to point us in the direction of some. i don't think it is very difficult to purchase parts from other companies and sell them. what have you made for any car to this point. and from what i understand all you did was purchase the kit from afsw04, at least that is what he said at some level.

and the reason i am keeping this public is because alot of members feel like i do and want to see the answers to, i'm not trying to be a *****, we just want results. as mentioned, we were the same way with speedinnovations and they stepped up to the plate and now have a very faithful following around here. we are just asking you to do the same. in fact, your company's promise is the only reason im considering keeping my crossfire when the lease is up.

really mike thats a bummer, I bought my crossfire cause I loved the car and design, not for potential future aftermarket bolt ons. I prefer my cars stock, now with that being said, is it true that the lower grills are ready?

peace and respect.

everyone's different, i bought the car anticipating a larger aftermarket since the car seemed like a great buy and there are so many of the 3.2 liter engines out there. fact is, only american and japanese engines have a lot of aftermarket, at least that is reasonably affordable. i have loved my car, but i'm ready to move on.

alright about a week ago aiden designs finally sent me a letter... Here it is:

My name is Joshua Jackson, I am the owner of Aiden Designs. I wish to
speak with you as soon as possible via telephone to clear up this
matter. My phone number is below, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I greatly apologize for your inconvenience, we have experienced a great
deal of difficulty over the past several weeks with our web hosting service
and email hosting service, and have not had any access to our information.
We have disputed this with our web hosting company and cleared
up the issue, and it is my full intention to make this situation right with
you, Sir. I would like to speak with you over the phone if possible and
end the Paypal dispute so that we can ship the items within 48 hours
from this email. I would also like to make you a special credit offer in
light of your inconvenience towards Aiden Designs merchandise. The
number posted below is for a company cell phone that I have with me
at all times. Do not worry about contacting me during business hours it
does not matter how late it is. I will look forward to speaking with
you and correcting this situation. Thank you for your great deal of time
and patience.

This put a smile on my face, but due to me having a tight schedule I was only able to call him 4 days (this sunday) after he written this... So I called him up we talked some he apologized explained that there was a problem with the site hosting company and him not receiving orders and or emails via the site which is very understandable everyone has problems at times especially a new company... he said he will ship the products monday (yesterday) and today i called him to ask if he did and he told me yes and to expect it by hopefully saturday as it does not fully depend on him... not to mention that he for my long wait told me that he will cover the shipping and my grand total came out to $120 for the front side markers and bulbs which is a very competitive price more so than any other distributor I know of... so as long as I get my products I will be happy with the company...

I guess I was wrong to blame him and so far it seams as he turned out to be a solid guy... but once I receive my products I will open up another thread talking about it and make some form of apology for my negative words... o well can't blame me too much...

Once again thank you for your concerns x'ed.

Not yet, but I just ordered them Saturday 3/31. But, I did get acknowledgment of the order.
One thing I did notice; when you order it on-line and use paypal there are no shipping charges, they send you a separate shipping invoice through paypal a day later. The down side to this is that you assume no shipping charges based on the initial paypal invoice, and than you get hit with a $20 shipping charge.

FP
I will second that. Same thing here. I ordered a grill and the side vent trim on Sunday. Tuesday I receive a reply asking more money for shipping - shipping charges that seems outrageous to me.

I have canceled the order, but still waiting to receive a reply from the "company".

I think it is a small home based business.

I will let you know how it works out.

MK

Thanks.

well it has been 15 days since they "shipped" the product and its been 2 months since I made the order... nothing so far... nothing at all I am going to give em one last call tomorrow... if it does not go through... well whatever Ill order the products from another site as I do not care anymore... I just want the product already waiting over 2 months for something to come through the mail is just plain ridiculous...

Same boat, over a month No Clear Corners... Got a nice pm saying they have shipped it...

Bottom line, I never would have ordered them from this company had I known it would take this long... Give it another 2 weeks max, then I'll file a fraud complaint!

x'ed you are right. They have failed to deliver on any of the products they sell. I'm still waiting for my brake pads. They have a sloppy operation, and it's not easy to contact them.
I would recommend that no one put any orders trough them.
