Could anyone out there direct me to the information plate on the vehicle which will detail the paint codes data? Looking for the silver screen surround code.

 

Unfortunately there is no code for the silver surround. Its been discussed on and off and nobody has ever found such a code that I have ever seen. You can have your local body shop attempt to custom match it and make you some touch up paint, buy a new set (very expensive), have it painted to match the rest of the car, etc.
