I got it on Ebay...$150 to my door.
Some German Scrap shop in Maryland.

That's a pretty darn good deal. I don't remember how much I paid for my factory cover (comes with age) but it was way more than $150. You made a big time score with that one! Good going!!

I'm going to guess that the SLK cover is a little better quality than our factory Crossfire covers are...

I also paid more. Where did you pick up the intake filters and pipes? Definitely like the blue more than the red I used.

Intake cover is an exact replacement for stock and when purchased from MB comes with 2 filters. It also accepts the K & N's which I had in there before changing to the external pipes and filters.

So, if you change to external pipes and filters, you should remove the OEM or K&N filters?

Yes, you would remove the internal filters if you switch to the external pipes and filters.
