Default Removing interior door panels

Does anyone know if the door panels can come off in sections? Meaning i.e. the center section of the door only. I'm looking into changing my seats to have a different color insert, and would like to have the same color piping around the center part of the door panel.

I pulled mine to change the speakers and on a coupe they are one piece.

FP,
Apology for my rudeness.
I am only hinting one thing, this is an important topic. Topic that matter to crossfire, the car. It should not be in Off Topic. Should be up there in one of the main categories so that other members can give more attention to it. True?
Just a thought but honestly.

~ yep... one piece... inserts fused together via more plastic (melted rivets). hence the door panel creaks.

Agree, I debated as to where to put it, but didn't quite find the right category. I think there should be an 'interior" cat.

Thanks for your help guys. I guess I won't be able to add the piping to the doors.

I keep looking at the door panel and the same question keeps coming up. Where does the side air bag actually pop out at??

The appearance shows seams for the center sections. When you took the whole panel off, were you able to see how the sections are put together? Some XF have the two tone option right? Are those pieces put together onto a one piece backing? In other words, can the center sections come off after you remove the one piece panel?

Andrew, I'm not seeing the pic, but it could be my crusty 12 year old laptop... Thanks in advance.
