For those that play videogames
I've actually been able to do quite a few races with my Crossfire SRT6 in Forza 2. It really is a fun car to drive. I do all of my C, B, and some A. Class races in it and do quite well.
PGR3 is one of my favorite arcade racing games. Forza is a Sim racing game. which means it will be much more realistic and sliding/drifting isn't a quick way around the track. You must be smooth into and out of the corners.
Forza's SRT-6 just doesn't feel right to me. My SRT-6 has gobs of grip but in Forza it slides all over the place. In Forza, you tap the brakes and they instantly lock up. Maybe I need to experiment with the car setup but it just doesn't drive like my SRT. It's way too twitchy.
Also realize that you are driving a lot faster in forza and taking turns at higher rates of speed than you would in your SRT. I think it's pretty accurate since forza doesn't have many banked corners, most of them are flat.
True. Even though the speedometer on the screen says 120, my easy chair feels like it's standing still.
(It just occurred to me that this conversation is simply advertising that I'm easily pwned on Xbox Live.)

After selling off the Eagle Talon TSi AWD I started Forza 2 with, I had enough career mode credits to buy an SRT-6. Wow is it twitchier! Maybe it was the AWD or the various upgrades I bought, but the Talon was much more stable. I guess this is good practice but I'm surprised at how much more stable the Talon felt. However, the SRT-6 is definitely faster.
I have no complaints about it cause it's a simulator. The physics are the best in any game so I think if you were to take the same car in real life going the same speed it would probably lose traction like it does in the game.
View a replay with the telemetry on and you'll see there's literally tons of calculations done for handling...it's quite amazing if you ask me.

I had no idea that the Crossfire was in Grand Turismo 4. There's even a photo mode after you do a lap and do the replay. You can take pictures in any angle...

In forza do you have to play Europe or North America In career mode to get the queickest access to the crossfire? I want to play it through career... or does it even matter?

ive been playing GT4 for a couple of years. have a logitec G25 wheel mounted on an EXTREME frame and a game chair. its still my favorite game espesially nurenburg in the crossfire fullyloaded. can run the monster(nurenburg)in 8.5 minutes. have a 360 and forza too.the cars feel more realistic in the balance of various cars than GT but the wheel for the Xbox doesn't fight you as hard as the G25. but you can feel the tires breaking lose better. i like GT's tracks better than all the stupid snake tracks in FORZA but the monster feels more realistic in FORZA(crossfire time on the monster in FORZA is quite a bit slower but alot more fun. the game of chioce around here right now is ACE COMMBAT 6 with cockpite throttle and stick!!! now thats a ride!!!!!
