i'm seeing posts about the warranty on these cars and the mention of a 70k mile/7 year. i was told at the dealer that i had a 36k mile/3 year and sold an extended warrenty of 75k miles. did i get screwed over and lied to in order to make a buck? should i go bounce some heads of their desks and demand a new contract? i haven't made my first payment yet, but i'm sure i need to move on this asap.

 

i went and found the window sticker and it also states the 3 yr/36k mile warrenty. is there a hidden 7 yr or is that just for certain dealers or states? i'm in texas if that makes a difference.

2006 models only have a 3 yr/36K warranty.

2004 and 2005 models have a 3 yr/36K PLUS a 7 yr/70K powertrain warranty.

The above is true for Base and Limited models.

I am not sure but I think the SRT-6 only came with a 3 yr/36K warranty.

I have the 7 yr/70K warranty on my SRT6. i PAID EXTRA for it.
