My name is Hugo I'm 49 a grandfather and addicted to horsepower.

I think we should rename this forum to the AutoHolics.

Good step kid congratulations on being fourteen (sigh) I remember when...

But it is a lot of fun on the back nine as well.

Rest assure. You're not being "duped". I guess that's what all Honors classes did for me last year. All AP this year... Permit in less than a week!

Strange. In my high school, which was admittedly a long time ago... AP classes generally didn't happen until you were a Jr. or Sr. Being 14, almost 15... you should be a freshman or sophomore. Not that it matters enough for any of us to be concerned much about. 14, 15, 18, 150... all that matters here is that we all like Crossfires. But I think we may have a person here who really WANTS some attention and will say just about anything to get it. Very strange.

This is true.

I will be a Sophomore in high school. A program called Dual Enrollment is coming to my school, which is similar to AP, but the county provides the books. It's a course that counts for college; hence, AP is now available for the Sophomore class.

This WAS true.

I guess I was bored out of my mind, or something. But, frankly, now I could care less about getting attention through a forum. No need to worry.

Anyone who uses hence, forthwith, or heretofore in a forum posting is OK in my book.

and I remember AP classes - I actually got to start AP classes in the 9th grade (college prep school)... take advantage of it!

Well, I turn fifteen next Wednesday, which means I get my learner's permit. So, I will get a car about this time next year. Seems like forever from now. I will just be happy to legally drive, even with my parents. So, I am asking for, and probably won't have any trouble getting, a black coupe. I'm sure the closer it gets, the more anticipated i'll become.

Smokey847,
I just want to know if you think you will still be interested in the XF this time next year. There will be several new models (of other cars) coming out around that time. One in particular I would be interested in at 16 will be the new Camaro (see transformers...awesome movie). I think If I wasn't already in love with the XF I would have to trade it in for the new Camaro. Hopefully when it goes into production it won't lose all of its styling cues. The only thing that will make the Camaro less appealing to me is that once its out everybody and their momma will have one. I've owned my XF for over two years now and I still have people asking me, "what kinda car is that". Another thing is that unlike the S2000, 350Z, Z4 (competitor cars) you don't see XFs everywhere you turn.

I LOVE THIS CAR!
Have a great B-Day!
