Default Arg!

I hate stupid people. The other day (still pissing me off), I was at my dads house and he had his BMW Z3 M Roadster outside next to my xfire coupe. A neighbor comes over and sees mine for the first time and says "Gettin close but not yet" saying his car is the *** kicker of the xfire. I'll admit the z3 is an awesome car, but for luxury and comfortability, the xfire wins hands down. What pisses me off is this clown, along with every other joker who thinks they know crossfires, doesn't know that the SRT6 would own a BMW. How does he know mine isn't the SRT, he doesn't, because he doesn't know enough about them to know the wheel difference. I so wish I could go back and get the SRT just so I can say "STFU, you are wrong!"

i look at it this way: i see about 4-5 z4s a day. i see 0 crossfires other than mine. maybe 1 a month and that's if i'm in the part of town where i know a guy has one. our car is half mercedes, and no offense to bmw owners, but BMW backwards = Wanted Mercedes Benz.

Yeah i'll definitely take quality over quantity. I see a ton of 350z's also, and don't get me started on chargers.

of course crossfire is better than these cars its not questionable... especially the SRT... but as for the exclusivity I am starting to see more and more crossfires in my area, but hopefully in a year or so from now that will change...

if i had to pick another car over the crossfire for the money, i'd pick an evo IX. they're just as rare. not saying it looks as good. i have no problem with chargers (r/t and srt-8) and 350Zs although they're all over the place. you just have to accept the fact that they can outrun you in a straight line (even the srt-6 will lose stock vs. stock to an srt-8). and i don't know why there's a red face icon on my reply.

why can't you just say "yup ... you know i work hard but my dad has been at it longer than i have... hopefully one day i'll catch up" hmmm ? that way you don't look like a pissy youngling and your dad is not made to look foolish by his son ? that neighbor knows little about cars other than one has a BMW badge the other has a chrysler badge and both have two doors ... but it sure must be nice that your dad gets to show his neighbors what a fine young son he has raised since you bought a very nice car ... now don't say anything in front of the neighbor and ruin that part.

you'll age ... you'll learn ... keep shush and save face.

I didn't say anything pissy, I just has pissy thoughts as the neighbor rode by on his riding mower. My attitude revolves around the idea of giving credit where credits due. One of the things that pisses me off the most is when someone accomplishes something great and thanks "god" for it. How about taking some credit for your well doings?

Because if it weren't for God allowing you to draw breath and have good health, you wouldn't accomplish much.

Cheers.

So just say "Yeah, but with a shlong the size of mine, I don't have to think about having the fastest car. Now go ***** yourself."

Seriously though, they're just cars.

Maybe a few hours of George Carlin would help.

I would bet money that you were tought to "believe" from an age that your brain wasnt even fully developed. They start mighty young these days.

Amazingly I didn't start off in church at an early age in fact I didn't go to a church until I was 20. Now I attend regularly and God is a huge part of my life. Brainwashed, I think not.

You stole the words from my mouth...

By grace, NOT coercion, do I chose to follow God.

And thank him.

I wish ya the best, bro. I'm not going to look at you any differently, or be spiteful towards you, simply based on your difference of opinion from mine. Doing so would simply be falling into hypocrisy. Which is precisely what tarnishes the image of Christianity across the board for many people out there, generally speaking.

Have a good day man.

I have to say to you young guys with spiritual values, It's truly refreshing and inspiring to see you young guys like you speak this way of your believes in GOD.

Congratulations, your parents should be very proud to have children with such strong convictions.

God bless you.

About Crossfires being rare, that is what I'm ALWAYS saying. Wherever I go my car STANDS OUT, I was considering a Z4 but I compared the both, and the Crossfire won because it has so much more to offer. The Z4 has the "BMW factor", the sexiness, and the driving experience, but it's very simple design, simple interior, not a lot of thrills. It's more for driving to the ground and really nothing else. The XFire is full of style, uniqueness, and it's a true sports car. My car pops when I see it in a parking lot full of 'normal' looking cars. People are always looking at it when I drive by because they're thinking 'what is that?'. DON'T CARE WHAT OTHER IDIOTS SAY ABOUT YOUR CAR... THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW SH*T ABOUT IT OR THEY WOULD HAVE ONE!!
