I have a 2004 Coupe, recently bought used for the wife, and it came with the illuminated door sills. I am trying to determine if these lighted sills were standard on the 2004, or if they were a factory option or a dealer option. Any information is appreciated.

Illuminated door sills were never standard equipment.

 

Illuminated door sills were not installed at the factory on any year Crossfire. They are Chrysler parts that could be purchased by the owner and installed by a dealer.
