Angry front bumper shows alittle damage

looks like someone barely touched my front bumper while backing up...maybe about a 6" line that isn't really noticeable except to me (of course) can this be filled end and sanded and air brushed w/paint or do i have to replaced the entire front clip?? my car is flawless otherwise. who makes a different front fascia other than stock? any advise would be appreciated...angry in atlanta...

If it hasn't cracked, you should be able to repair it.
If you are going to replace it, you may want to look at the srt bumper - I think it's cheaper - do a search, there's a thread somewhere.

I feel for ya...about a week ago someone used the "park by feel" method in front of me! Gouged the hell outta my front bumper!

If I ever find out who did it... !

NO !

But yours can be fixed by a good body shop... it's plastic and can be filled with resin, sanded and repainted...

If you buy a new factory front fascia it'll be about $285 and only comes primered so you have to get it painted ... Total would be about $600 +/-

Last summer I had a small accident in my crossfire which caused me to replace the front bumper...total cost to replace was about $900 (unsure though it was last summer), but the paint on the new bumper matches exact but if you look close it's not perfect because this is metallic paint and if it wasn't sprayed the same way it will look slightly different. But honestly I think I am the only person who notices it.

I'm always careful when I park to make sure I don't hit that concrete stop, but apparently I didn't do such a good job yesterday at work. I never felt it hit anything when I parked, but when I pulled out I heard this scratching sound, and at that point I knew what happened. I got out to check my front bumper, and sure enough I broke the paint off the tip.

I guess I'll have to have it repainted when I get back from the cruise.

I got my SRT bumper shipped to me painted for about $550. Install time was about 2 hours cause I took my time not to lose anything. It's an easy job, but if you can get to buffed out and painted it would probably be cheaper to do that than to get a new bumper.

Talking about front bumpers. About 6 months ago
I barely tapped my front fascia on my SRT6. You can see
a couple of small chips about 14 inches from
center. I just notices yesterday, the center post on front nose
lower fascia is flaking. It appears to be the clear coat
only.
Question: Would the minor tap cause this 6 months later
or do you think bad paint job?? There are no stress
lines or cracks, and as flexible as the lower fascia is.
I'm leaning toward bad paint job.
What do you think???
