Personally, I think the gold COULD work...it would just need some different wheels, no silver trim on the outside or inside, and a different color interior...perhaps a tan???

nah... the color you have (machine gray i'm guessing) has got to be the coolest color option... actually i guess it would come after black... only because i'm bias.

What grabbed my attention more so than the Geezer Gold/Old Man Tan car featured in the auction were the 3 Red Roadsters in the background. The ones that still have all the packing material on them...

They have SRT wheels on them. They appear to be painted black between the spokes. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!! I didn't get the memo that SRT-6 were getting ready to even harder for people to distinguish from Limiteds...

It is the SE (Special Edition). It is basically a base roadster in red w/auto trans, cloth interior, SRT6 wheels w/gray/black paint between the spokes.

Never Heard of that. It isn't on Chrysler's Website that I can find. Is it an '07 or '08? Do they make it in a Coupe version? Funny I just noticed that "SE" Roadster is also shown on the cover to the Gold Car's Owners Manual.

EDIT:

Nevermind, I just found them on the Chrysler Site.

I still think that color is absolutely putrid on a crossfire! I've seen 3 oyster crossfires up close...it doesn't do the car justice at all IMO!
