I dont understand your rant. I NEVER see another Crossfire on the road, either coming or going, and I just got back from a 1000 mile trip. You must live in a area with lots of them. But if you ever pass me, I'll be sure to wave, 'cause it will be a strange meeting. I think seeing Xfire's is like seeing a flying spaceship.
That's the thing! I don't see many at all! I have only seen probably 6-8 crossfires on the road! Just happened to be several in the last couple of months. I commute from South Jersey to Philly every morning so it's a pretty populated area.
Our trip to the Dragon took us over 1100 miles round trip, and we only saw one other XF in Kentucky. Some girl came flying up on us doing about 85 in the rain, talking on her cell phone, and she flew right past us with out even a glance.
Sometimes I think it's "only" other Crossfire drivers that don't pay attention to our cars.

There are some Crossfire owners that don't see the uniqueness in their Crossfires and just drive them. They may also have tunnel vision and don't see what is happening around them. They probably don't take care of there cars either. They probably don't even know about this Forum. I've put several cards of the Central Texas Crossfires on Crossfires and only a couple have responded. So I've concluded that,
Some Will! Some Won't! So What!

I think the chysler wing and grill throw you off a little when you look quick because they look like some of the new chryslers and you don't realize its a crossfire until you almost pass and by then it's to late to react. Have you seen the new sebrings they look like a crossfire coming at you until you take a second look.
Nobody waves around here either unless its one of the guys I know. Very sad. When I first got my PT we used to wave and then it stopped when evryone started getting one. There are few Crossfires around here.
