Default Going in for warranty work, what else should I include?

I am going to take my car in because the driver window hangs up and won't shut when I try and close the door, more so on colder days.
Is there anything I should take it in for that are known problems or recalls?

Make sure they check the oil pan gasket, several are leaking. There is a pan under the back of the engine and a leak will not show under the car. My dealership has no tech now.l

???......Really.....this is the first I've heard of this. The leak in the valve cover gaskey is a known issue......but this is the first post I've seen where anyone brought up issue about a leaking oil pan?

Boy, I thought everybody would jump on this question. This will be my frst time in for any kind of warranty work and I wanted make sure I got everything covered whle it was in. Kind of like a one shot deal.
Is there a place on this website that has common problems or recall notices?
Thanks, JIm

Mine started allowing road noise in from the bottom of the door and darting to the right about the same time the window problem showed up. The dealer installed a fix on the window that limits it's up travel so it won't hit the drip rail but that has added wind noise problems. Further fixes have added problems with water running down the inside of the window. The window problem was temperature sensitive in that it would start to happen at about 50ºF and get worse as the temperature dropped. At 10ºF the top of the window was 1/8" (3mm) above the drip rail.

I suspect that the problem is that the adhesive bonding that holds the car together is failing and strongly suggest that you document every conversation and visit with your dealer for your upcoming Lemon Law suit. This is a fundamental problem that affects some Crossfires and the dealers can't fix it. Generally they just "adjust the door latch", tell you the problem is fixed and send you away.

Good Luck.

You hit it right on the head. The colder it gets the worse it gets.
This is a rather large web site so I assume there must be a thread where all the documeneted problems have been kept.
I would like to make a one shot visit for all waranty and recall work. I really don't care how long they have the car as long as they get it done.
Thanks, Jim
