Default New EPA mileage calculations

In checking out EPA mileage for a car purchase for my wife, I noticed that EPA website has revised their criteria for establishing average mileage, not only for 2008 models but for years going back to 1985. Takes into account driving habits and use of air conditioning. Here is XF coupe---old and new.....

The old one is more accurate for me... as I almost always get 24.5mpg and I drive about 25 miles a day.
