Well I have posted a few times on my sqeeky brakes took it to a guy i know well Porsche and Benz shop owner he said my pads had lots left and the previous owner maybe just put them on, he said it not bad at all and try to live with them...He gave me a price of $400 for 2 rotors and rotox gold pads... good price???

I trust this guy he has worked on my benz and porsche...but is it a OK price?

On brakeworld you can get the parts, OEM rotor and Rotex Gold pads, for about $120 I think. Plus labor. $400 seems a bit high, but he is probably getting more for parts.

If he was that honest about the condition it sounds like his price is honest. Not saying you couldn't do better elsewhere though.

I am not ready yet to do it but i kinda trust him, he has been good on my benzs, and often did not charge for checkng or a vacuume leak so fiqure i kinda owe him
