Russian Crossfire Styling
If anyone wants ideas on how to make their Crossfire unique, the Russians seem to have an idea:

Maybe its same people that did this "work of art":

I believe that XF with the crazy front end was in one of the galleries here on the forum. I don't like it. Someone mentioned the Vacation Family Truckster. I agree. Kinda ugly.

That Zestline bumper is supposed to have been influenced by the Firepower concept's front end.

I like it... The one thing I have DISLIKED about our cars from day one is the front end - looks just like a Chrysler mini-van. Yuk.
Someone needs to come up with something cooler for the grill, the hood, or something. I like the hood scoop idea that one of our members has posted, but I need more...
I like the way they have extended the front of the hood down, if I am seeing that correctly, lowering the grill.
I'm just sayin', for me, the Crossfire COULD use a nosejob. YMMV.

Yeah the front end does look like the mini-vans... there's another SUV-type that looks pretty much identical. Makes me want to get a grill... Just another cosmetic issue added to my wish list...
I've always read that Stoddard's design of the Crossfire was introduced as the "New face of Chrysler" and it was to foreshadow the styling direction of the brand. Perhaps it's the other Chrysler vehicles that are actually trying to look like the predictive Crossfire. One can clearly see the relationship between the Crossfire and the 07 Sebring Sedan. To me, however, many of the design themes only work on the Crossfire.
Much was the case with the '53 Studebaker line. The Starliner 2 door hardtop is acknowledged as one of the finest automotive designs ever which is something one would never say regarding that year's Studebaker 4 door sedan.

A prime example of why engineering students need to take History in college. Those that do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. A phenomenon that applies to the auto industry too.
