has anyone else had any problems getting what they have ordered from tvts website. i bought the door handles about 6 weeks ago and have not got them yet. i have sent emails and i have also sent 2 or 3 mess to tvt but no answer. let me know, thanks.

 

Tvt ships very promply. Your door handles might be coming out of Germany, and if that's the case, give them another month.

 

try ordering parts for the car from the Chrysler dealer, takes about a month.

 

TVT has a lot in stake on here, they wouldn't gip you. I know that they are not taking orders for stuff from Germany for the time being because of the lag time in arriving.

 

I've been sending out mass emails about the CTD products for the past few months. I apologize if you did not receive them, that would be my fault for not including your email.

We expected the package Thursday, but nothing came. We missed a delivery today that I will be picking up in the morning and I'm hoping that's the CTD order.

I understand your frustration with this extremely long delay and if I had known this was the circumstance from the get go, I would not have offered these products.

I assure you that the moment they hit our door they will be on an UPS truck to your's.

thank you for the fast response. i'm not trying to complain. i just didn't know what was goin on. i thought mabe i missed the package. i was out of town last week.

 

I am still waiting on my door handles too, but TVT has been updating me often, they are still waiting to receive them from Germany. I've ordered other parts from TVT, and they were shipped promptly, always high quality parts and service, just looks like this one was out of their control...

 

We received the Eyebrows this morning, so I'm sure the rest of the order is on its way. Unfortunately, the eyebrows are not what most people are waiting for.

 

i just put my first order in with them this morning...for a sprint booster...will let you know how fast/slow they ship.

 

Your booster will be out today. Everything else we have in stock usually ships same day. It is only the CTD products that are causing these issues.

super fast shipping!...i didn't think the booster would make a difference...but WOW...its a whole new car - even before the juice is added...i am sure i am not the first to say, but i recommend this product to anyone...

 

What does that mean? If there a picture of the eyebrows on your site somewhere?

 

sorry about the long delay. we have send the parcel with the parts you have ordered a couple of weeks ago. now the second parcel we have send later arrived first. should be a DHL / customs office problem again. i hope they will find the parcel fast, so everyone will get the parts soon. sorry again.

BTW... I have a fresh problem with Your CTD-C-E11015 - Windscreen Surround Chrome. Chrome layer was very thin and weak. I have big matt yellow spots after 4 month after install. It's a brass layer (that must be under chrome layer).

what i dont understand is when i bought my handles the site showed there was no more in stock.now it says there are 3 in stock but i have not got mine yet.

im truly not trying to start nothing here on a open forum just trying to figure this out.this is the best way for me to get a response.

Please go on and check the status from day to day. We have filed a claim as has CTD.

I'm not looking to take anyone's money and walk. I will be happy to refund anyone's order that chooses not to wait. If I could make the packages arrive sooner I would.

I ordered the Chrome grille from TVT a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.

I have two problems with this.

1. When I ordered it off the website, it said there were 2 in stock. Obviously there weren't or I would have had one of them.

2. My credit card was charged a month ago. That shouldn't happen. I understand the issues with the shipping from Germany, but TVT needs to disclose the fact that the parts are not there and not charge the credit card until it ships from TVT. I got my sprint booster from TVT in a couple of days, but a month's wait qnd longer is ridiculous without a prior disclosure.
