Yes please do. This is not in our contral and has not been since the beginning. We received part of order in and shipped it out, unfortunately the whole order has not come in.

We were informed we would have the products one week after they were listed on our site. That didn't happen and I immediately let everyone know the circumstances. I've returned emails, provided tracking numbers, and offered refunds on several occasions.

I really hope this one event does not tarnish our name. As I have tried to resolve it many times. If you agreed to wait for your part to arrive all I ask is that you leave our business between you and us.

I do not want future customers to think that our company is out to take money and not make good for it.
