Great info. If you are going through all that work to polish them, It might be easier to remove the headloghts from the car. Lot less chance of damaging the paint.

I found last night that if you apply Rain X to hazy or sctached looking headlights, that they look amazing afterwards. Try it on your I can say you probably won't be dissapointed.

But I think there is a warning on the Rain X saying it is not intended to use on plastic.
