Beautiful weather in central Illinois over the week end. Washed and waxed the Xfire and the Vette and took them for long drives. Happiness is a clean car and a sunny day!

 

Spring is partially here. We had a nice weekend here in Colorado. A few of us yesterday went out and took a drive into the mountains. It was a blast. Back to winter today, 31 degrees and snow.

 

31 degrees and snow huh? thats awful... no joke. this weekend was 80+ degrees and sunny here in houston... always nice weather to go for a drive... but once it hits 90+ degree avg on a daily basis... same drive, just windows up and a/c on... haha damn texas heat... though id rather texas heat than colorado snow...


just wait it out the snow will melt, and you will have a much nicer drive with the mountains in your backyard... the only thing i have... flatlands, and lots of farms to look at... or downtown. either way... not the mountains.

 

Spring time in Colorado is the worst season IMHO. You want warm weather and you get a few nice days here and there mixed with snow. We usually have our last snow the first week of May (and sometimes have a freak snow storm at the end of May). At least the snow doesn't stick around very long. I guess I still have the wintertime blues. Another four weeks or so and we should hopefully be good!

 

Ah yes but you have those gorgeous mountains to look at!
