Default New Grill on my white Limited

Got the upper and lower grills installed, very easy and perfect fit. I did spray the center white support flat black prior since I had seen where another had suggested it. Anyway, fit, finish and quality are 1st rate. Anyone that states these grills from grills4u are cheapening the look need to rethink. I had many after only one day make comments about how sharp a car it is. sure, we got them prior but I can see many looking at the front end then some have asked what kind of car it is. I wished they had come out with one sooner but its better than never. This is a great site for picking up tips as well as sharing some. FDM

FDM, the car looks great with your new grill, but I suppose I may be a little partial toward Alabaster Crossfires.
I've got to ask, if you live in a state that doesn't require a front license plate, why would you ever put a "Chrome" plate on the front of your XF?

Here in OHIO, we live in fear everytime we take our Crossfires on the roads with no front plate because the Ohio Highway Patrol treats it like a class A Felony. But many of us feel it's a chance worth taking just to keep the Crossfire looking the way the "Creator" intended.

On a side note. The Ohio Highway Patrol got into a high speed pursuit just the other day when they turned around to nail somebody for no front plate, and the idiot decided to run. I think the whole thing lasted for 15 miles reaching speeds over 90 mph, and of course it ended with the inevitable car crash when it left the road at a high speed. In the end they got their man, and his 12 year old Honda off the road. Oh yea, they got lucky too, his blood alky level was over the limit.

I lived in Virginia about 6 months ago, had to have a plate. I tried removing the plate bracket but tghere are two ugly screw holes. Since I own a new Harley Nightrod I figured a really nice plate would look great and go along with the chrome grill and it looks awesome. Hope that answers your concerns, LOL.

Very SWEET! It never ceases to amaze me how nice these cars look. The different things you can do. Good job.

RPM,

This is for the darkside. It's as awesome a ride as I have ever owned. Anyone that likes bikes on here would really appreciate this one. Ride safe for those that do. FDM

V-max's are awesome bikes, had a1985 and a 1989 but I like the NightRod better. Handles much better and sits a whole lot lower.
