Spoiler does not rise automatically

I read 62 and 38 - hmm
It may not be automatically working if it was manually put up and down and you did not wait to hear the 'beep' - extend it manually and then put it down manually but keep the button pushed in until it beeps which will indicate that the automatic-deployment is re-engaged - according to the manual you shouldn't drive it at higher speed without it working but it also mentions a warning light if it does not work so I think it just needs to go through the procedure I outlined...

Mine was up at just over 60 and down at about 39. EVERY time. If you run it manually you do have to re-set it to auto mode as described above. Hold the button until you hear it beep.
I have the same issue now with my wing not going down at any speed or with any button. Damn SRT's!

I'd say just enjoy it that way, as long as you can put it up manually anytime you want.
I had to "make" mine operate that way on purpose, because I wanted control over my spoiler.
my 04 manual would go up at 57 and down at 39, my 05 goes up at 65 and down at 35. obviously they were all programed at whatever day it was during the week. who knows. i leave mine up all the time just so it dosen't wear out the motor in the wing control.
I guess there's some discrepancies as to when the wing raises and lowers and seems everyones car is different. Mine is up @ 67 and down @ 35.
I believe the question is, what sends a signal to the wing motor to actuate ? Is there a speed sensor on the tranny or speedometer ?Anyone ?
Just my Dos Centavos !
