Does anybody know what this light means? When I turn on the car it lights up and there's no explaination for it in the manual. Is it something to be concerned about?

 

what that light is for is a signal for a unlocked telescoping steering wheel. if you look under the steering wheel you will see a handle. If you pull it out you can pull/push the steering wheel towards/away from you. however, when you pull this handle out that light you so comicly drew (no offense, more a compliment, if you need something done do it yourself) so i would check this handle under the steering wheel and if it is unlocked. push it away from you to lock the steering wheel if it is in fact locked and the light still comes on... check with the dealer for that was the suggestion i had.

 

Actually, it's the brake wear indicator light.

From page 110 of the 2005 Service Manual:

27. Brake Wear Indicator Light

With the key in the ignition and turned to the
ON/RUN position, the brake wear indicator
light comes on. The light goes out when the
engine is running.
If the indicator light comes on during braking, this
indicates the brake pads are worn down.
Have the brake system checked at your authorized dealer

as soon as possible.

 

Looked it up. He nailed it, and although the first answer was prompt, that indicator actually IS a steering wheel, not this indicator...

 

ooof.... completely wrong. guess it helps to have a service manual handy. nice catch. maybe i should just download the .pdf to keep a copy at work
