I just did this is the 2nd time someone used my pics on ebay.

Go to the fraud section of eBay and report it. If you follow the instructions properly, they'll take the auction down before it finishes and boot the seller. I have a lot of experience doing this - it's a pain but also satisfying that they take action so quickly.

 

Did you buy the film from him originally? Grilles4U did the same thing with me and other members showing the mesh grilles.

Ebay will only take the listing down if you can show them an auction of yours that was listed prior to his with the same photograph (or something very similar to that).

 

I think, since it takes only a free registration, that pretty much anyone can access our Galleries.

I don't remember seeing a disclaimer when I signed up.

Once a photo is posted to any Website, it is public domain. Think Google Images.

This might be an Adiministrator question. If you "click" a disclaimer when registering that proscribes unauthorized use of content including images, it would give those so aggreaved a course of action.

However, one has to demonstrate loss.

Agree. Photos here are not copyright protected. And, I think others would be upset if right click as save photo was disabled. The forum could have been set up with a photo reusage clause. But, that might be a little late now.
