Tire Help Please!!!???!!!
Hello,
I've recently bought a 2004 Crossfire (DaRK GREY)
I love this car.Damn is it fun to drive.
Anyway, I already knew I would need new tires for my car soon.
But I didnt think I would need them this soon. I've only owned the thing for a week and 4 days. I got a flat tire on sunday so I repaired it with one of those kits..it seemed to work ok until tonight (Tuesday), I could hear hissing coming from the tire again, Dang it all.
Anyway, I've been cruising the online Tire shops, (Yokohama,Bridgestone...ETC..), But I cant seem to find anywhere that has the right size tires for the back.(I only need two back ones for now,by the way).
So I was hoping that I could get some suggestions from all you out there.
I would really appreciate that.
I'm living in Calgary, Alberta (Canada)...(but the car is from the USA)...
If this helps at all...
Thanks alot
Peace out for now

Personally I would go back with the stock Michelin Pilot Sport PS2: Front 225/40-18 and Rear 255/35-19. I have 17K on mine and figure there is at least another 5K. The tires have worn well and have good grip; they have handle Highway 1 without slippage and preformed well at 150 mph (241Kph). I plan on going back to Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 when the time comes.
Yup www.tirerack.com is a great source for many brands and sizes of tires.
Many members have purchased from them.

If you're having problem finding the original size the following sizes will work too and not throw the speedometer off too much (1 or 2 mph).
265/55-19
275/30-19

I went through the same problem last year, tire's are available but delivery is a problem. I shoped localy as the $ was low and with delivery and customs costs the price was about the same as tirerack. I got mine from the dealership at the lowest price, but they could not install so it was sub-let to Cal-Tire, when the smoke setteled it was close to 2 grand, and damaged rims
I got Michelin A/S,they feel good and given our weather conditions I feel safe. Take photo's of you rims before you take your car in to replace the rubber and show them to to tire people before they install, as it may save you some grief
