I will definitely get the tag taken off in due time. Maybe this weekend. Any recommendations on how to do this short of using a heat gun?

In the last pick, I took a photo of the car with the passenger side "city light" on. It's something that a lot of VW guys wish their cars came with stock and spend a few hundred dollars bringing their cars to "euro-spec".
You need to get some of Franc's blinky fluid for your solo light. That dog taking a dump description is hysterical! I never heard it before. I noticed the back of my black SRT6 looks a lot like the back end of my black cat when she's hunkered down

Wow! I went from an '03 GTI 1.8t with the KO4 upgrade to an SRT-6 and couldn't have been any happier. My GTI was nearing the 100k mark and wasn't sure to buy American or German, so the Crossfire was the perfect compromise!

I've had my Audi A6 for a month longer than my roadster. You could argue that it's a glorified VW. Anyway, never had any use for the city lights but the rear fog light has come in handy a few times in really bad snowstorms. Not that my roadster sees winter.

As far as the comments on that "other" forum. Most seemed positive. The few negatives don't bother me one bit. Even my oldest daughter calls my Crossfire a "Mercedes wannabee". But she now drives my old Saturn VUE, so what does she know.

Bottom line...pull up in front of a bar full of nice looking ladies and see which car they look at ... a stock Crossfire or a GTI with a fart-can exhaust.
