Fuel Injectors!
I have two questions here,
1. Can you put/fit the SRT-6 fuel injectors in our base model.
2. If so will it make a difference, e.g. the same difference as if you were to buy the aftermarket TVT fuel injectors.

Adding larger fuel injectors won't increase power output unless the stock ones aren't able to supply enough fuel (i.e. the car is running lean and the injectors' duty cycle is maxed out). Given that, in stock form, the car runs rich, adding larger injectors really won't help. Also, if you watch the AFRs, they tend to drift to around 12.0-12.5, which is rich for an NA car. I've disco'd the battery, resetting the ECU, in order to watch the AFR's adjust over time. Immediately after begin reconnected, the car ran extremely rich (~11.0-11.5) and slowly adjusted to 12-12.5. I'm willing to bet that if you add new injectors and don't tune them at all, initially the car will run extremely rich (< 11.0AFR) and eventually the ECU will pull fuel so that the AFRs are adjusted back to 12.0-12.5.
Thanks for that RealSER, what your saying sounds pretty accurate, Do you know if I was to get bigger injectors AND had my ecu tuned to them whether or not it would help my power increase?

You will need to retune the ECU to any larger injectors. The injectors we offer are a more efficient design as the OEM MB injectors in both the AMG and non-AMG models.
You can always tune down the fuel on a car, but without major mods these cars will not need anything more then 17 lbs/hr injectors.
Plus I think the SRT injectors are fairly pricey.

Ideally, you should complete all the bolt-ons/mods you plan on installing, then get the ECU tuned based on those mods.

The TVT set up is great, my only disadvantage is being in Australia. So I kind of have to make do with what I can purchase down here. But thanks for all your input been a great help.

Hey guys, I've just been looking back at this thread and looking at it now everyone is saying bigger injectors wont increase power, then how come TVT is selling injectors and saying it'l increase your power? Plus I've read many members here saying the N/A's injectors are far to small. Any thoughts? and for the record which injectors are actually bigger the SRT, TVT or MB V8?
I have the TVT 265 kit and a sprint booster. The larger injectors are useless without a computer modification (flash) and a good CAI, etc.
These huge injectors really kick in when the Limited is floored and you hit around 60mph. From that point you can hit 120 mph plus extremely fast. They also do a good job straight off the line. Only if you have the appropriate flash done though. You need the whole package.
