need advice urgently
Any ideas what to do about a baggy leather driver's seat? I am picking the car up from a dealer tomorrow and the car has less than 3000 miles on it so the seat should not look as if it has 20000 miles on it. Can anyone give me some advice please?

Still not sure how to use this site, have never posted before so don't know where quick reply icon is. I am buying the car tomorrow, they did talk about puttin a seat in it from one of the other cars they had but I am not sure it would be a good idea to take one seat out an put another one in. Is there a way of getting the bagginess out of the leather?

BUT - make it a condition of purchase that they will resolve it for you if you chrysler wont touch it!

I did say this to the dealer but they denied it although they did admit that it looked very baggy for a car with less than 3000 miles on it.
Think about it, if they are willing to switch it for you I'm sure they were willing to switch it for someone else and thats how it may have ended up in the one your looking a purchasing. Good luck on your purchase.
If it's not in mint condition with only 3,000 miles on it I'd tell them to stick it and go to another dealer. there are plenty of 08 Crossfires out there.
There are a lot of Crossfires out there on the market at very low prices. If this "dealer" won't make it right PRIOR to purchase, you sure as heck don't need to buy from this outfit. What are you going to do if after you buy another problem crops up? I'd worry a bunch about a dealer who, right off the bat, isn't willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy (and do the right thing). (Yes, I realize they're telling you "It's a used car, we're giving you a great price, blah, blah, blah.")
No matter what they may say, you are in the driver's seat in this economy.
I'd ask 'em (friendly and politely) which they would prefer:
A.) fix or replace the seat
B.) you'll take the car with another $1k off (find out what a replacement cost's first)
C.) tell them you're going to "think about it" a bit more. (Don't worry, they'll get back to you).
And, for myself, I'd seriously consider choice C at this point.
